When Is My Hosting Account Created?

Your account is created automatically after your payment is verified; it usually takes a few minutes. When it is ready, your login details are emailed to you and appear under My Hosting in your account.

I Don't Have a Domain. What Should I Do?

Type the domain you want on the hosting order page. If it is available, we offer to register it; domain and hosting are paid together and both are set up automatically.

How Do I Point My Domain?

In your registrar's panel, change the name servers to ns1.karakas.digital and ns2.karakas.digital. The change may take a few hours to propagate.

Can I Move My Existing Site?

Yes. You can use the Plesk site import tool and WordPress Toolkit. If you need help, open a support ticket from your account.

What Happens When the Term Ends?

There is no automatic charge. We remind you by email before the term ends; you can renew for 1, 2 or 3 years from your account. A service that is not renewed is suspended after a while; your files are not deleted by this.

Can I Upgrade My Plan?

Yes. Just open a support ticket to move to a larger plan; we will calculate the difference and send it to you.
