Why can prices change?
Server costs are in euros. Sale prices are updated according to the exchange rate and provider cost. You see the current amount before you pay.
Does the monthly price include VAT?
Each plan clearly states whether the price includes VAT, along with the VAT amount.
Where are the servers located?
The data center that responds fastest to your connection is chosen automatically when you order.
Can a plan always be ordered?
Availability may vary by location and provider status. Stock is not guaranteed for a listed plan.
How does renewal work?
You renew with a one-time payment in your account. Your card is not charged automatically; we remind you by email before the period ends.
If I stop my server, do the charges stop?
No. Stopped servers continue to incur costs. To end the charges, you need to delete the server and cancel the service.
